Extended EMPIRE Support for North-American Customers

Kamp-Lintfort, Germany/Ottawa, Canada: This is to announce the authorization of Peter Frank from Petra Microwave Ltd. to provide first line technical support for all
customers in North America (US and Canada), while RTS Scientific, Inc. will be the sole sales partner for IMSTs EDA software tools for the RF & microwave industry,
especially for the EM simulator EMPIRE XCcel™.

Due to the growing number of EMPIRE XCcel™ users in the North American region, IMST introduces Petra Microwave as a partnering company for first line technical
support of EMPIRE for the RF and microwave industry.

"We are very excited to be partnering with IMST in supporting their EMPIRE software. EMPIRE is powerful and easy to use, and has been invaluable to our company as
a design tool. This software has allowed us to complete projects that could not have been done using the competitor's product," noted Peter Frank, president of Petra
Microwave Ltd.

Beginning August 1st, 2007 EMPIRE users will gain from the direct access to local support service capabilities by phone and e-mail.

This service is available to all customers having an existing support and maintenance agreement with IMST. Petra Microwave will also provide technical assistance to
potential customers interested in evaluating the software.
